		<description><![CDATA[I learned this from my guru, he taught me 2 weeks ago, this voicing would create some jazzy sound accidentally. 
Lets take an example when you have chord progression of following
I-V/vii-vi-iii-IV
Do some spice up here
I-V/vii-vi-Vm/V-I-IV
Just to replace iii with Vm/V-I. 
Notes: Vm is meant on 5th chord with minor.
Try this up.
